Remediation
Accessibility barriers are identified and corrected according to the requirements defined for the project.
Advanced Automation Remediation
Advanced Automation Remediation (AAR) fixes accessibility barriers in PDFs and digital documents against a defined project target, then checks the finished file before release.
You receive the remediated document together with a concise Completion Report identifying the target used for the project and summarizing what was checked.
What AAR Does
AAR fixes accessibility barriers, checks the finished document against the agreed requirements, and makes sure the remediation has not damaged the document's content, appearance, or functionality.
You do not need to know the right accessibility standard before you contact us. If you have a policy, contract, procurement requirement, or simply a goal for the documents, that information can be used to help define the target for the work.
Accessibility barriers are identified and corrected according to the requirements defined for the project.
The finished document is tested against the agreed accessibility target so the result is based on defined criteria rather than a vague promise.
The finished file is reviewed for accessibility, visual appearance, and document integrity before it is released.
How It Works
You bring the documents and the requirement you have been given. AAR turns that into a defined target, performs the remediation, and checks the finished work before anything is released.
We establish what the document needs to satisfy before the work begins. That may come from a standard, contract, procurement requirement, policy, or other documented acceptance criteria.
Accessibility barriers are corrected while preserving the document's intended content, appearance, reading experience, and functionality.
The finished file is evaluated against the target established for the project so there is a defined basis for the result.
Visual fidelity and document integrity are checked so the accessibility work does not introduce new problems or compromise the original document.
Work that passes the required checks is prepared for secure delivery with a concise AAR Completion Report identifying the project target and summarizing the validation performed.
Standards & Validation
Accessibility requirements vary by document, organization, contract, and use case. Before remediation begins, AAR identifies the target the finished document will be evaluated against.
After remediation, the document is checked against that target. The Completion Report gives your team a clear record of the target used for the project and the validation performed.
Project targets may include
Security & Confidentiality
Customer documents may contain confidential or sensitive information. AAR is being designed around controlled document handling rather than ordinary email attachments or public file links.
The public AAR website is delivered over encrypted HTTPS connections.
This public website does not expose an unauthenticated document upload area or public links to customer files.
Secure authenticated upload, restricted document access, and controlled delivery are part of the intended production workflow as the customer portal is completed.
The secure customer portal is not yet publicly available. Prospective customers should begin with a project inquiry and should not send sensitive production documents through ordinary email attachments.
